Executive Coaching

Beginning with an extensive diagnostic process—which includes assessments, interviews, and the analysis of data, we work with clients to craft a development plan and process that is designed to create real outcomes with real impact.  The process is jointly-owned by the client and the OTA consultant and is addressed at least monthly for a period as short as one month, or as long as multiple years.

Whether the executive is new and wanting to get started on the right foot, well-established and wanting to achieve even greater results, or if he or she is not achieving the results desired, executive coaching can make a difference.
